Buyer’s Inspection
This thorough analysis of a home’s readily accessible structure and installed systems paints a clear picture of the property’s overall condition. After reading through the inspection report we provide, you’ll gain a solid understanding of the home’s strengths and maintenance needs—making it easier for you to make a confident buying decision.
We inspect the following components:

- We include the birth date and life expectancy of every appliance in the home (per the appliance serial number)
Thermal imaging may be used when needed to get a better read on certain electrical, moisture, or energy issues. We’re in the process of obtaining a license for piloting an aerial drone—which will be used to take photographs of a roofing system in the event that the roof is too unsafe to walk normally.

Pre-Listing Inspection
This inspection is perfect for anyone who is in the beginning stages of trying to sell a home. Before you make your listing for the property, we’ll assess the condition of most visible and readily accessible components. With this knowledge, you’ll be able to take on any maintenance projects that you deem necessary for preserving the value of the home before meeting with prospective buyers.
New Construction Inspection
When scheduled before the builder performs the final walkthrough of your new home, this inspection can protect your investment by catching potential issues while construction is still in progress. This can save you a major headache in the future because it allows issues to be addressed before you’re moved in and settled.
New Construction Phase Inspections
This inspection service will occur at multiple phases of construction on a home. We’ll inspect the readily accessible structure and systems periodically to look for safety issues or defective areas of construction. The issue can then be resolved before the next phase of construction begins, making life easier for both you and the builders.
Re-Inspections
For this inspection service, we’ll perform a second inspection of a component that was originally found to be defective. Once repairs are in place, we’ll come back to the property to make sure that the original issue has been adequately taken care of—allowing you to move forward with an investment confidently.
Radon Testing
We’re able to test the radon levels of a home using the specialized equipment necessary to detect this invisible and odorless gas. Radon initially forms underground, but it can eventually rise up through the surface and into homes—leaving dangerous radioactive compounds behind.
